FAQ
Questions we hear before every demo.
Which product categories are covered for predictive alerts?
Predictive alerts are strongest for common appliance categories and AMC-heavy equipment where model failure history is well documented. New categories start with model-history priors and improve as usage data lands.
What is required from technicians?
A lightweight tech app for accepting assignments and writing close-outs. Background location is recommended for live routing but not mandatory - the engine falls back to last-known plus scheduled route.
What are contract terms and lock-in?
Annual by default, invoiced yearly. No lock-in beyond the current annual term. Exit exports of contracts, service history and predictive labels are provided as standard.
What counts as an active warranty or AMC?
Any contract with a coverage status greater than zero on the last day of the billing period. Expired contracts are archived and not counted.
